Together with a team of local Swedish consultants Gehl Architects won the Nya Munkebäck competition in Kålltorp, Gothenburgh. The jury choose the project because of “The ambitious assignment to build new residential district but the Gehl team took a more holistic approach to creating community The proposal presents a viable solution to the competition site, that provides the best conditions for a good social life, low environmental impact and good economy”
