Deputy Lord Mayor, Helen Burnet, visited Copenhagen and Gehl Architects last week. Gehl Architects has been advising the city of Hobart on a variety of strategic urban quality improvements over the past 2 years partly inspired by best practice of Copenhagen initiatives . Lars Gemzøe was Helen’s guide to gather more inspiration about temporary public space, cycling infrastructure and water front improvements.
